Useful information about your visit

Before booking

• Please note that the possibility of purchasing entrance tickets at the Ninfa Garden ticket office is NOT guaranteed.
• You can purchase through PayPal with major credit cards or prepaid cards. Even without a PayPal account .
• The entrance fee is tied to the date selected and cannot be used on another date, so we recommend paying close attention when booking. The entrance fee is non-refundable.
• Disabled visitors (severe disability >75%) + companion: purchase entrance fee on site (€8 each). Wheelchair rental is not available at the garden.
• Children under 12 accompanied by a parent do not need to be indicated at the time of booking.
• Tours in English are available at 10.30am and 3.30pm.

At the Garden of Ninfa

• Print the order summary that will arrive via email . You must present the order summary at the entrance; you can print it or show it on your smartphone or tablet. The Giardino di Ninfa does not guarantee telephone service or Wi-Fi, so we recommend taking a screenshot of the order summary you receive.
• Guided tours are guaranteed even in case of rain.
• To respect and preserve the beauty and cleanliness of the garden, we remind you that it is strictly forbidden to damage the flora and fauna, bring food, or leave the group during the visit.
• Dogs allowed on a 1.5m leash and with poop bags.
• At the entrance to the Garden there is a large free parking lot for cars and buses (parking for buses is not guaranteed on official opening days ; the nearest bus parking is Doganella, a few kilometers away).
• At the end of your visit, we will be happy to welcome you to our shop selling souvenirs and Garden gadgets.

Refreshment Area

At the exit of the Garden, there is a bar and a refreshment area. Reservations are recommended for lunch. Call +39 3515626270, available for table reservations only. Calls, texts, or WhatsApp are accepted.
