Tickets and reservations
Is reservation required?
Entrance to the Garden of Ninfa is regulated exclusively by visits by reservation divided into time slots on set days from March to November.
The possibility of purchasing entrance tickets at the Ninfa Garden ticket office is NOT guaranteed ; purchases will only be possible if places are available due to cancellations or last-minute dropouts.
Are the tickets nominative?
No, tickets are bearer-issued. The name on the ticket is the name of the person who made the transaction but does not affect security checks at the entrance.
What happens if it rains?
Tours are guaranteed even in case of rain. Any cancellations due to particularly adverse weather conditions will be evaluated directly on site.

Do I need to print the tickets?
It is advisable to print the tickets or download the PDF.
Internet connection is not guaranteed inside the park, so we recommend printing your tickets or downloading the PDF version to your device so you can access them even without an internet connection.
Apple device owners can avoid printing them by adding the tickets to their Apple Wallet before showing up at the park .
Do children pay?
Children (accompanied) under 12 years old do not pay any entrance fee and do not need a ticket.
Is it possible to have the guided tour in English?
Tours in English are available at 10.30am and 3.30pm.
Exchanges and refunds
Can I change the time or day?
No, unfortunately, tickets cannot be changed in terms of time or date. The Garden of Ninfa and Caetani Castle can only be visited in limited numbers and with regulated time slots to protect the heritage and ensure its preservation. Furthermore, changing times and dates would inevitably require rescheduling other reservations.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. Refund requests are not permitted for visitor cancellations, mix-ups, or mishaps.
Refund requests will only be considered in the event of the Garden being closed due to force majeure attributable to the Caetani Foundation, closures imposed by law, or technical reasons;

Payments and accounts
Credit card problems
Common problems with credit card payments: Payment authorization failure. During checkout, you may see an additional verification step when paying with a credit or debit card. This procedure is also called two-factor authentication and was introduced in January 2021 by banks in compliance with a specific European regulation aimed at ensuring greater user security.

Always check the messages, emails and notifications received from your bank or card during checkout;

If you haven't already done so, contact your bank to check if your card is enabled. Payment verification may require you to verify your identity using your bank's app, enter a one-time password provided via SMS or email, or use a bank token or any other verification method offered by your bank.
To receive the verification request, your bank may ask you to register your card, phone number, email, or mobile device.

I can't add products to my cart
Check the following possible causes:
- you are attempting to purchase one or more tickets that do not have sufficient availability;
- You are attempting to purchase more than 10 tickets in one purchase, maximum quantity allowed
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Unfortunately, we don't accept payments via bank transfer. If you're having trouble paying by credit card, please read the possible solutions in the dedicated answer on this page.

Are dogs allowed?
Of course, dogs are allowed in the park as long as they are on a leash (1.5m) and have bags for their droppings.
How long does the visit last?
The visit to the Garden lasts about an hour.
The half-hour time slots refer only to the access window and are intended to avoid queues and crowds at check-in.
Can I stay after the guided tour?
No, at the end of the guided tour you will be escorted to the exit to allow subsequent groups to visit.
Bar and refreshment area reservations
At the garden exit, there's a bar with a refreshment area. Reservations are recommended for lunch. Call +39 3515626270 (available for table reservations only). Calls, texts, or WhatsApp are accepted.
