CONSENT
By placing an order on the website www.giardinodininfa.eu, the user declares that he or she is over 16 years of age or, if under 16 but over 14, that consent to the provision of data is authorized by a parent or legal guardian pursuant to art. 8 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Receipt of the order determines the conclusion of the contract.

ENGAGEMENTS
The Roffredo Caetani Foundation is committed to providing users with free time services, which can be enjoyed under the terms and conditions set forth, on the day and at the time specified.

EXCLUSION FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Please note that the service purchased on the website www.giardinodininfa.eu is excluded from the right of withdrawal , pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, number 206 (Consumer Code), since it concerns " contracts for the supply of services relating to accommodation, transport, catering, leisure, when, upon conclusion of the contract, the supplier undertakes to provide such services on a specific date or within a pre-established period. "

For anything not expressly regulated in these Terms and Conditions of Purchase, please refer to the provisions of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, no. 185, as well as the Consumer Code, and the applicable provisions of the Civil Code.

REFUND POLICIES

Refund requests will only be considered in the event of closure of the Ninfa Garden or the Caetani Castle in Sermoneta or the Pantanello Park.

The Caetani Foundation reserves the right to close the Ninfa Garden, Caetani Castle, or Pantanello Park without notice in the following cases:


a. Force majeure.

b. Obligations imposed by current legislation.

c. Technical causes that prevent the correct use of the service.

d. Safety reasons for sudden events that may cause danger to visitors or stored goods.

and . Particularly adverse weather conditions.


Refund requests for reasons not directly attributable to the cases set out in points a, b, c, d, e will not be considered.


In such circumstances, the Caetani Foundation undertakes to ensure a system of service recovery or refund for users in possession of the relevant entrance tickets who were unable to use the service due to the closure.

Customers who were prevented from visiting due to the closure, or who were forced by staff to interrupt their visit, will receive an initial communication within 24 hours of the event, via their email address (registered with the Foundation's systems), informing them of their right to receive the compensation and how to collect it.


Through the form provided, the customer will be asked to express his preference between two refreshment options:

- Good purchase
A voucher for the value of the order or of the part affected by the interruption of service, to be used to book a new visit;

- Order refund
Full refund of the order or of the part affected by the interruption of the service

Once the preference has been obtained, the Foundation issues the compensations:

- For the PURCHASE VOUCHER , by sending a unique personal code to the customer via email to the address provided. This code can be used only once and in a single transaction, and has no expiration date. The customer is required to provide a valid and monitored email address and/or verify that the address provided when registering on the site is monitored and valid.

- In the event of an order REFUND , this will be processed exclusively using the original payment method. The customer will be notified by email that the refund has been initiated once the process has been completed. Processing times depend exclusively on the banks involved and may take up to 10 business days to complete (funds transferred to the customer).

PRIVACY
Transaction information (card number, expiration date, security code) will be sent to the data controller via encrypted protocol, preventing third parties from accessing it in any way.
