Refunds and date changes
REFUNDS
Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. Refund requests are not permitted for visitor cancellations, mix-ups, or mishaps.
Refund requests will only be considered in the event of the Garden being closed due to force majeure attributable to the Caetani Foundation, closures imposed by law, or technical reasons;
Tours are guaranteed even in case of rain. Any cancellations due to particularly adverse weather conditions will be assessed on-site. Further information is available in the Terms and Conditions section.
DATE CHANGE
Tickets cannot be changed in any way as to time or date.
The Garden of Ninfa and Caetani Castle can only be visited by limited numbers and with regulated time slots to preserve the heritage and ensure its conservation. Furthermore, changing times and dates would inevitably require rescheduling other reservations.

Evening excursion to admire the fireflies phenomenon

- Tickets are non-refundable .
- Entrance to Pantanello Park is scheduled for a single time slot, with guided tours lasting approximately two hours following a predetermined itinerary. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled entrance time.
- At the entrance, show your ticket with QR code, either printed or saved on your phone. Also available in Apple Wallet format.
- Pets are NOT allowed in the park , even if kept on a leash, for the safety of the wildlife and out of respect for other visitors.
- People with disabilities and their companions are welcome to visit the park. The area is equipped to facilitate access and use, but we recommend contacting the facility in advance for further details.
